Our food truck crew members work at varying locations most weekdays and some weekends for recurring business stops and special events. All work is local (Neenah, Appleton, Oshkosh and surrounding areas) so no overnights or long travel is required. Main duties include food prep, taking orders, making subs and keeping our food truck spotless! The schedule is posted a couple of weeks in advance. Our food truck season is April through October.

The Inferno Subs concessions team crew are on the road and experiencing adventures all summer. The Inferno Subs concession trailer works at events all over Wisconsin, including RockFest and CountryFest in Cadott, the Brown County Fair, and the Walworth County Fair. Lodging is provided, and main duties include food prep, taking orders, making subs and keeping the trailer spotless. The full schedule is posted at the start of the season in April, and events run through October. We encourage our concessions team crew to return each summer, and give returning employees priority for open positions.
